The controller of personal data collected through this website is SEPRUM SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Wały Piastowskie 1/813, 80-958 Gdańsk, Poland, trading as Breakeven. Questions about personal data may be sent to [email protected].

2. What data we collect

This website has no contact forms, no accounts and no analytics or advertising trackers. Personal data reaches us only when you write to us by email — typically your name, email address, company name and the content of your message.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request, including IP address, browser type, requested page and time of the request. These server logs are used to operate and secure the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Correspondence is processed in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and perform a contract for advertising services — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising pixels. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; in the course of loading them, your IP address is transmitted to Google LLC as the technical basis of that request. If tracking is added to this website in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested beforehand.

5. Recipients of data

Data may be processed on our behalf by providers of hosting, email and accounting services. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer period is required for a concluded contract. Data relating to contracts is retained for the period required by accounting and tax law. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to data portability. Requests may be sent to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

8. Data of our clients' customers

When providing advertising services, we act as a processor of data belonging to our clients. Such processing is governed by a separate data processing agreement concluded with each client, and the client remains the controller of that data.
