1. Who we are

This website is operated by SEPRUM SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Wały Piastowskie 1/813, 80-958 Gdańsk, Poland, trading as Breakeven ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. Use of this website

The content of this website is provided for information purposes only. It describes the services we offer and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, nor advice of any kind. We may change the content of this website at any time.

3. Services

Advertising services are provided on the basis of a separate written agreement concluded with each client. That agreement defines the scope of work, fees, payment terms, duration and termination. Nothing on this website forms part of such an agreement unless expressly incorporated into it.

4. Advertising budgets

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms. Our fees are separate from advertising spend. Advertising accounts and the data they contain remain the property of the client.

5. Platform rules

Campaigns are subject to the advertising policies of Meta, Google, TikTok and any other platform used. We are not responsible for decisions taken by these platforms, including the rejection of advertisements or the suspension of accounts, where such decisions are outside our control.

6. No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on factors beyond our control, including the client's product, pricing, website and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific results unless a particular outcome is expressly agreed in a written agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text and graphics, belongs to us. Advertising materials produced for a client under an agreement are transferred to that client on the terms set out in that agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes arising from the use of this website shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office.
